Sachertorte!

Definitivamente el mejor invento del mundo es la Sachertorte!!! bueno, tal vez en lo que respecta a postres!

Para que se desasnen un poquito, les diré que la sachertorte es un bizcocho de chocolate que se ha partido horizontalmente en dos y se ha "pegado" con mermelada de albaricoque, durazno en algunas recetas... en fin! memelada! y que esta totalmente cubierta por una capa de chocolate glaseado negro. Gracias a esto la Sachertorte se conserva un buen tiempo y permite que sea enviada de Austria al mundo (en mi caso, Perú).

En fin! tengo amigos que dicen que la Sachertorte es muy seca o demasiado dulce (en este grupo se encuentra Benji... no importa! yo me comeré todas las Sachertortes que tú no quieras comer!!!! jajajaja) pero a mi me parece PERFECTA! y con leche es la maravilla en Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, etc!

Por otro lado en mi intento cuasi fallido por deleitar mi paladar nuevamente con una Sachertorte he buscado la receta como NO TIENEN IDEA!!! y he encontrado miles y todas diferentes!!! cuánto daño! >_< bueno, ya me había dicho Alex que la receta original es un secreto muy celosamente guardado mwahahahaha... pero yo tengo la receta de la abuelita de Tobi!(un amigo mío que es austriaco) y ustedes saben que las recetas de las abuelitas suelen pasar de generación en generación así que probablemente tenga la receta secreta... y no la compatiré!!!! mwahahahahaha!!! jojojoy! que mala soy! =P

En fin! pero hace poquito mi amiga Dora (graciassssss!!!! te adorooo!!! T_T *caen lágrimas de emoción*) me regaló una Sachertorte!!! nada más y nada menos que traída del Hotel Sacher en Viena, Austria. (ver fotito)
Definitivamente NO HAY NADA como la SACHERTORTE ORIGINAL... no me importa quién tenga la receta secreta (en principio, creo que la tengo yo :P habrá que probar! hahahaha) mientras no la pierda y todos podamos disfrutar de este postre tan rico y genial!!!!

BTW... el botoncito de chocolate con el que vienen las Sachertortes del Hotel Sacher son reeee lindos!!! me encantan!!! (como podrán deducir, no pude comerme el apetitoso botoncito por ser una pequeña obra de arte).



Definitivamente lo mejor de Austria: Mozart, Opus, Falco, "Noche de Paz" y la Sachertorte!!!!!
y lo peor: pues Kelsen!!!! qué más??? jajajaja

Maldición, arte y sentimientos

Ahí estaba ella, echada sobre su fría y dura cama de piedra, usando el vestido color rojo sangre que siempre quiso comprar, pero que por alguna razón nunca lo hizo... pese a que pudo hacerlo desde el primer momento en que lo vio. Creo que la sensación de desear algo la mantenía viva... o tal vez no... pero ella ya no puede responder a eso.

Me acerco lentamente y la veo esbozando una sonrisa. Parece una princesa dormida, una de las tantas que existen en los cuentos de hadas que leía cuando era niña. Fría... así está su rostro, aquel rostro que me recibía todos los días con una gran sonrisa... el rostro que veía en mi sueños más hermosos...

"Despierta!!! Maldición, Linna... DESPIERTAAA!" grito desesperado, mientras muevo su cuerpo, tratando de despertarla, creyendo que todo esto no es más que una cruel pesadilla... soñando que ella me dejaría ver sus hermosos ojos azules una vez más... pero solo he logrado deshojar la rosa negra que sostenía entre las manos.

Cogí una de sus manos, fría, como siempre... recuerdo que ella se quejaba de sus manos frías y que nadie soportaría tomarla de las manos... y yo siempre me reía de sus ocurrencias y tomaba sus manos para calentarlas, mientras ella se quejaba y decía que eso era trampa... mientras yo veía esa sonrisa que iluminaba mi mundo...

Ahora ella no está y no puedo evitar llorar... No me importan los prejuicios estúpidos de que los hombres no debemos llorar... ella ya no está... mi sol se apagó, mi mundo se marchita... me quedo llorando sobre su regazo (qué más puedo hacer?) hasta que de pronto todas las luces se apagan, dejándome súbitamente solo y en la más completa oscuridad... pero ya no importa, estoy a oscuras desde que ella partió...

"PERFECTO" fue lo que oí cuando las luces se encendieron y un hombre obeso me felicitó... a lo lejos se oían aplausos y una mano fría acarició mi mejilla.

"te dije que saldría todo bien" dijo ella con una sonrisa mientras yo la ayudaba a sentarse. Nos pusimos todos en fila e hicimos una venia cuando el público nos aplaudió con entusiasmo. Cayó el telón.

"Sí que hace frío aquí!" exclamó ella mientras se frotaba las manos. Sonreí y cogí sus manos para tratar de calentarlas. "Eso es trampa" dijo ella con una sonrisa... "No lo es" respondí.

"Llorarías si me muero?" preguntó ella inocentemente... "Claro, tontita" dije, dándole un beso en la frente "es más, me muero contigo"
Ella sonrió, me dio un beso en la mejilla y salió alegremente del lugar.

Esa pregunta me dejó pensativo... he pretendido verla muerta casi 30 veces esta semana y estoy seguro de que cuando eso ocurra, esperaré verla luego sentada junto a mi, diciéndome que tiene frío, que vayamos juntos por un café y que la obra fue un éxito.

A veces creo que siento demsiado las cosas, tanto que en algún momento ya no sentiré más... o eso creo. Finjo tanto mis emociones que al final no sé qué estoy sintiendo o si lo que siento es real...

Es la maldición de mi arte...

Esta song me la pasó Mario (Gracias Cebollito! eres único!) y me encanta!!!! las letras son preciosas! y sobre todo muy ciertas!!! cada uno tiene su forma de vivir la vida, de hacer sus cosas y a veces la gente no entiende por qué es que hacemos algo que parece ilógico a simple vista, pero en el fondo tiene mucha lógica para nosotros!!! pero siempre está "ESA PERSONA" la que entiende absolutamente todo y nos apoya y hasta pareciera que el molde encaja y es la media naranja, mandarina, limón... lo que sea! :P

Si alguien encuentra al mío, porfa díganle a ese imbécil desgraciado (uy cuánta violencia reprimida... Mario, vas a tener que hacerme terapia de nuevo! jajajaja no pierdas la fe, algún día actuaré como una persona normal y cuerda -pero admitan todos que si dejo mi locura, el mundo no sería tan lindo jeje-) que lo he estado buscando... y pásenle mi correo o mi cel!!! jajajajaja

Bueno espero nada más que les guste la canción tanto como a mi, demás está decirles que espero comments (Cebollito, siéntete obligado a comentar este post, ya que no me comentaste nada en los otros... eres malo! ya no te quiero! buuuu! :P mentira, pero si no comentas este ya no te voy a querer =P) y que el video tiene la translation respectiva para los que no se manejan bien con el inglés xD

Después de un tiempo...

Borges es, sin lugar a dudas, uno de los mejores escritores de todos los tiempos! Y no cualquiera entra en esta categoría, al menos yo no considero a cualquiera un gran escritor (sólo grandes luminarias como: Borges, Saramago, Eco, Pérez-Reverte, Gabo (García Márquez) Goethe, entre otros, han logrado tan preciado honor XD). Este texto de Borges me parece espectacular... es una de esas grandes verdades de la vida que todos saben pero nadie te las dice... y es que después de un tiempo las cosas cambian, uno ve las cosas con distintos ojos... después de un tiempo todos cambiamos, evolucionamos... tal vez para bien, tal vez para mal... después de un tiempo uno valora lo que ya se fue (aunque sea demasiado tarde) y es que yo creo que ese es el castigo divino que nos dio Dios por el pecado original: EL TIEMPO... porque en nuestro efímero paso por esta tierra, nunca vamos a tener lo suficiente o no lo vamos a valorar lo suficiente... Nuevo nombre, nueva url, nuevo diseño... falta ropa nueva, no? xD

Bueno... hace mucho que no escribo y es que he dejado abandonado a mi blog por culpa de la bendita tesis!!! y no he tenido tiempo para nada! (sí claro! y me mande mudar pa' Chile casi una semana hehehe)
Ya era hora de que mi Bloggy tuviera un cambio de look total y esté igual o más regio que yo! jajajaja sí claro :P bueno hablando en serio, digamos que nunca me gustó el nombre de mi blog... pensaba poner algo más alemán, tipo Dunkelheit, Freiheit o algo con Schwarz pero la inspiración divina no llegaba y si iba a crear el blog debía ser AHORA O NUNCA! de lo contrario, este pequeño y bello espacio de expresión personal jamás hubiera nacido... así que decidí ponerle Alina Schwarz (mi dark side, mi escencia... YO!!!) que refleja también mi lado malito! (ver la entrada de Diamonds are Forever). Se suponía que este sería un lugar de desahogo, de liberación creativa, de crítica... CERO Leyes!!! pero hay un par de entradas medio legaloides y politicoides... en fin! se hizo lo que se pudo! xD

Pasó el tiempo y me pesaba en la conciencia el abandono de mi pequeño bosque de Lórien (como le decía de cariño a mi Bloggy a veces xD) así que decidí darle la atención que merecía! con un RE LANZAMIENTO!!! Así que el nuevo nombre debía ser más poético y "Der Schwarze Schmetterling" (La mariposa negra) me pareció genial! Las mariposas negras son extrañas, misteriosas, nocturnas, muchas veces incomprendidas por su belleza exótica e inspiran cuentos de fantasía... qué podría ser más poético que eso??? Me sentí identificada con las mariposas negras y heme aquí!

El subtítulo "Amors Pfeil durchbohrte mein Herz..." es una frase de una canción de Die Ärzte (uno de mis grupos alemanes favoritos... AMO A URLAUB!) que se llama Ob es Liebe ist (si eso es amor) y significa "La flecha de Cupido atravesó mi corazón" no especificaré si para partirlo en mil o si es algo bueno... pero ahí queda jajajaja! la verdad es que los que me conocen saben que en el fondo soy una romántica empedernida, culpa de mi infancia llena de princesas de disney, mi colección de canciones cortavenas (Air Supply les dice algo???) y otros factores, como las películas romanticonas que he visto a lo largo de mi vida: Notting Hill, Love Actually, Cumbres Borrascosas (sí, qué pena!), Serendipity, entre otras que me da vergüenza nombrar (entre ellas se encuentra "Titanic" así que comprenderán) y mi adicción a cierto tipo de literatura masoquista y mi adicción a Jane Austen y Elizabeth Gaskell, quienes me dieron falsas expectativas en el amor! jajaja y cómo no nombrar a quién me ha hecho más daño en toda la vida: Stephenie Meyer! que me ha dado al vampiro de mis sueños: Edward Cullen y lo casó con Bella Swann!!! se imaginan cuánto dolor para una mujer enamorada??? ver que el vampiro que amas se casa con otra??? no way! la demandaré por daños!!! jajajajajaja



Por otro lado, este espacio seguirá teniendo su cuota obligatoria de sarcasmo... odio a la gente que no entiende el sarcasmo, así que si no les gusta pueden revisar la página web de Barney o de los Teletubbies! Sí lo sé! soy malita! no es novedad, eso se demuestra en mis "maldiciones" que nunca fallan, pero ya luego hablaré de ellas... mwahahaha! (empezaré mi negocio de venta de maldiciones, no se preocupen, lectores del Blog tendrán precio especial xD)

Bueno esos son los cambios introducidos, además del cambio de url y el loguito de la parte superior... lindo, no???? y bueno! ya que mi blog tiene nuevo look, creo que yo también me merezco un cambio de look!!! cuándo? NO SE! T___T
